Global Padel Travel Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 32 Pekin Street, #05-01, Singapore 048762 and UEN 202521385Z.

SET is a curated editorial and travel discovery brand focused on padel clubs, coaches, communities, destinations and luxury travel. We select and publish profiles, guides, recommendations and other editorial content. The Website may also allow visitors to submit enquiries about bespoke padel travel experiences.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a travel enquiry or enter into a booking. When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You must not:

Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not create a booking, reservation or travel contract.

The relevant provider's booking, payment, amendment and cancellation terms will apply in addition to these Website Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may propose mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its applicable procedures. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
