SET Away operates on an enquiry-led, bespoke model. You won't book instantly online. Instead, we begin by understanding you, your level of play, how you like to travel, and what you want from the experience. From there, we design a tailored itinerary that brings together the right destination, accommodation, and padel programme. Once confirmed, your booking is secured with a deposit, typically from 20%, with the remaining balance due closer to departure.

Each escape is individually priced depending on your group size, choice of hotel, the level of padel experience, and other activities. Prices are usually quoted per person based on two sharing, and can be adjusted accordingly. Flights are not always included by default, but can be arranged as part of your package. As everything is built to order, pricing may vary based on availability at the time of booking.

Changes can be made after booking, subject to timing and supplier flexibility. Amendments may incur additional costs, particularly closer to departure, where changes may be treated as cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges increase as you approach your travel date. Some elements of your trip may be subject to stricter supplier-specific policies. We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance, covering cancellation, medical needs, and travel disruption. In addition, all padel partners we work with are vetted and required to hold appropriate insurance, including participant injury coverage, ensuring a safe and professionally managed on-court experience.

You are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, and any health requirements are in place ahead of travel. You should also adhere to all confirmed timings and travel details. Standards and regulations may differ from your home country depending on the destination.

You will have access to support throughout your trip. If anything requires attention while you are travelling, it is important to raise it at the time so it can be addressed quickly and effectively.
